What BerksVibes is

BerksVibes is a guide to local businesses and events in Reading, PA and Berks County, made by the BerksVibes team. Listings are written by us or by the businesses themselves.

We do our best to keep them accurate, but hours, prices and perks change. Check with the business before you make a trip.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to create an account, and at least 18 to list a business.

Keep your password to yourself. What happens on your account is your responsibility, so tell us if you think someone else is using it.

One account per person. We may close an account that breaks these rules, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Vibe Perks

A Vibe Perk is an offer made by the business, not by BerksVibes. The business decides what it is, how long it runs and how many people can claim it.

A code is for one person and works once, within the dates shown. The business may refuse a code that is expired, already used, or being passed around or sold. Codes have no cash value.

If a business does not honor a perk, we are sorry, and we are not responsible for it, but tell us and we will look into it.

Listing a business

When you list a business you confirm that you are allowed to speak for it, and that the text and photos you send are yours to share.

You let BerksVibes show them on the site and in BerksVibes' own posts and promotion. You keep the rights to them.

Keep your listing accurate and your perks honored. We may edit, decline or take down any listing at any time, for example when it is misleading or the business has closed.

Listings are free today. If paid plans come, they will have their own agreement; nothing here commits you to paying anything.

What we list

Every event and listing is reviewed against our listing guidelines, which say what we feature and what we don't. 21+ events must be marked as such.

What you may not do

Use bots or scripts on the site, copy it in bulk, attack it, or try to get into accounts or data that are not yours.

Post anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or pretend to be a business or a person you are not.

Our content

The BerksVibes name and logo belong to BerksVibes; photos and text belong to BerksVibes or to the business that supplied them. Sharing links to the site is welcome. Copying its content to another site or product is not, unless we say yes in writing.

No guarantees

The site is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.

As far as the law allows, BerksVibes is not liable for losses that come from using the site, from a listing being wrong, or from a business's products, services or perks.

Your privacy

How we handle your information is on our privacy page.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and using the site after that means you accept the new terms.

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Which law applies

These terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Berks County, Pennsylvania, unless the law says otherwise.
